General Promotion Terms

1. Only one offer can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
2. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment.
3. Offers cannot be used for previously booked moves.
4. Offers have an expiration date and cannot be used after that date.
5. By participating in any offer, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions provided by Roadway Moving for that specific offer.

Sweepstake Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

TIMING: The sweepstakes begins on February 28, 2023 and ends on March 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ENTRY: To enter the sweepstakes, visit https://www.roadwaymoving.com/promotions/15th-birthday/ and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

LIMIT: One entry per person. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

PRIZE: Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe Coffee and Espresso Machine by De’Longhi with Milk Frother valued at $249.99. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email on or about the drawing date of March 6, 2023. The potential winner must respond within two business days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator. The Sponsor/Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor/Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any sweepstakes materials, including but not limited to the sweepstakes entry form, or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.
