Once we create an electronic inventory with a barcoding system, the move plan takes shape. Both the project manager and relocation specialist revisit both addresses to ensure precise execution of the move plan.

In addition to our comprehensive moving services, we offer an exclusive concierge service.

A personalized Move Coordinator is assigned to assist and guide clients throughout the entire process.

Together with the senior relocation consultant, they revisit both locations to double-check everything and ensure we have the manpower and materials required for a successful move.

The timeline for each move depends on its size and scope. Once we determine these factors, we collectively decide on the necessary hours and personnel needed to complete the project.

A comprehensive move plan is then created, complete with dates, timing, daily schedules, and manpower details. This schedule is shared with the client for approval.

Your furniture and belongings are handled with utmost care, protected with gloves and special heavy-duty construction corners.

Luxury is in the details – we even use thick 3mm plastic bags, special boxes for mattresses and box springs, and custom wood crates for expensive and fragile items, all crafted in-house.

With your possessions safely transported to your new house, the journey reaches its conclusion.
