After You Book
Once your reservation is confirmed, your move officially begins.
Within the first week you'll be introduced to your dedicated Move Coordinator, who becomes your primary point of contact from that day forward. They answer questions, provide updates, coordinate logistics, and keep everything on schedule.
From this point on, anything you need changed — or simply explained — goes through your Move Coordinator.

Understanding Delivery Windows
Unlike local moves, interstate moves operate within a delivery window rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Timing depends on several factors:
- Distance
- Shipment size
- Route planning
- Weather
- Traffic
- Road conditions
As your shipment approaches its destination, your driver will contact you roughly 24–48 hours before delivery to coordinate arrival.
